How much space does a grow cabinet need?
Metro Solo has a 61 × 61cm footprint — about the size of a prep-room fridge — and stands 204cm tall. Metro Duo is larger at 118 × 78cm for cafés wanting more volume. Both are designed to fit a back-of-house corner rather than needing a dedicated room.
Who maintains the cabinet?
The cabinet largely looks after itself: a WiFi smart controller runs the light and irrigation schedule automatically, and a sensor mesh watches temperature, humidity and water. Day to day, your team just harvests. Metro Care adds monthly seed/nutrient resupply and phone support for anything else.
What if the cabinet breaks?
Every unit carries a 1-year parts warranty, and Metro Care extends that to 3 years of insurance cover, plus dedicated phone support and growing advice from our team — so a fault doesn't mean lost service or an unplanned bill.
